1. Exchange & Return Conditions

Ajwa Boutique does not offer returns or refunds for any purchases. Exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions :

• Exchange Request Period : Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery date .

Eligibility :

The product is faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery.

The received item differs from the original order .

Items are missing from the package (e.g., missing accessories, labels, or original packaging).

Process :

Email clear pictures of the defective/damaged item to support@ajwaboutique.com or contact us at +92 321 123 4567 within 7 days of delivery.

Ajwa Boutique will review each case individually and aim to resolve disputes fairly.

Once approved, the item must be returned to our warehouse. Upon receipt and verification, a replacement of equal value will be dispatched to your address.

2. Shipping & Handling Costs

• Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges related to exchanges.
• Ajwa Boutique will not reimburse return shipping costs.

3. Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for exchange :

• Discounted/Flash Sale Items : Final sale, no exceptions.
• Unstitched Garments : Once altered or stitched, no exchanges.
• Wedding Wear & Couture Collections : Final sale due to customizations.
• Luxury Fabrics : Final sale once purchased.

4. Order Cancellation

• Cancellation Window : Orders paid via Credit Card or PayPal may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
• Refunds are not issued. Instead, a store credit coupon of equal value will be provided, valid for 60 days from issuance.
• Ajwa Boutique Reserves the Right to Cancel Orders for reasons including:
• Stock unavailability.
• Quality control issues.
• Payment processing errors.
• Technical glitches.
• No customer payment or personal data is stored or shared with third parties.

5. Product Disclaimer

Ajwa Boutique strives to ensure product accuracy online, but please note:

• Minor embellishment variations may occur between promotional images and actual products.
